Veloro offers free worldwide shipping on automotive vinyl wrap, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, samples, and installation accessories through velorowraps.com, where shipping is available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time may vary for oversized rolls, special-order items, high-volume periods, international shipments, or orders that require additional verification.

Estimated shipping time

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and delivery address. Standard U.S. shipping is typically estimated at 5–10 business days after the order ships. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier service, customs processing, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, weather, holidays, address issues, or other conditions outside Veloro’s control.

Free worldwide shipping

Veloro offers free worldwide shipping where shipping is available at checkout. Some oversized, restricted, remote-area, or special-order shipments may require additional review or may have limited delivery options. If an item or destination cannot be shipped, checkout may not show an available shipping method, or Veloro may contact you before fulfillment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Free shipping means Veloro does not charge a shipping fee at checkout for eligible orders. International orders may still be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT/GST, GST/HST, or other local charges depending on the destination country and order value. Unless these charges are clearly collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

Veloro cannot guarantee customs clearance times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incomplete import information, or unpaid import charges.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking record. International tracking updates may vary by carrier and destination country.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Veloro is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, customs issues, or delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
