Return & Refund Policy
Veloro wants you to choose your automotive film with confidence. Because vinyl wrap, PPF, tint, samples, and tools can be project-specific, please review the details below before placing your order on velorowraps.com.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Items that may not be returnable
Custom-cut film, special-order items, opened or installed film, damaged materials, used tools, final sale items, and products without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Email hello@velorowraps.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Veloro made an error with the order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the product issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Color and finish expectations
Film color, gloss, texture, and reflection can vary by lighting, screen settings, vehicle paint color, and viewing angle. If exact color matching matters, order a sample first whenever available.
