Veloro Colored PPF — 10-Year Limited Warranty
Veloro colored paint protection film (TPU, 8 mil, self-healing top coat) is backed by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser. This warranty covers the film material and does not include installation.
What's covered
For 10 years from the date of purchase, the film is warranted against manufacturing defects — including yellowing, cracking, blistering, bubbling, peeling and delamination — that occur under normal use with proper care.
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation. We recommend a professional installer.
- Accidental damage, impacts, deep scratches, abrasion, road-debris damage beyond normal wear, or intentional damage.
- Damage from improper care, harsh chemicals, abrasive washing, pressure-washing edges, or failure to follow our care guidance.
- Normal wear and gradual weathering within stated limits, or pre-existing paint/surface conditions.
- Film applied over paint in poor condition, or film that has been removed and reapplied.
Care
Allow about 7 days to cure before the first wash. Hand wash with a pH-neutral soap; avoid abrasive brushes and harsh solvents. Proper care preserves the self-healing top coat.
How to make a claim
Email hello@velorowraps.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue and a short description. Approved claims are resolved with replacement film of equal value. This limited warranty is limited to the film material and excludes labour and installation costs; total liability is limited to the purchase price of the film.
